When in 2021 the far-right group Feyenoord Zero Tolerance spoke out against the Roze Kameraden (the Feyenoord LGBTQIA+ support group), it was time for action. The Queer Needlework Circle picked up their embroidery needles and invited others to work together on WE STAND IN LOVE – a colourful quilt that pays tribute to love, compassion and tolerance.
Participants include Berber de Bruin, Jin Jialu, Manon Kersten, JP Scheen, Hans Hutting, Annabelle Binnerts, Helen Cheng and Theodoor Adriaans
